First off, I can’t believe that Trump won. I seriously thought Hilary Clinton would have won. I thought this message would be completely different. Though here we are and Donald Trump is going to be the President. Before the election results many people posted a picture that said this:
I agree with this 100%! And it was nice to see Democrats post this as well. Though, let’s remember this was before we got the results. So, let’s fast forward this to after Trump won. Let’s remember I don’t care who won. I just look at facts. Here are some comments that I had seen on my Facebook and Twitter accounts.
One comment that was made on Facebook by a friend said if you voted for Trump then to delete her. I’m not going to direct quote for the fact I still respect this person. I just don’t respect their comment.
What happened to the first picture I posted above? What happened to Love Trumps all hate? I think we need to look at that statement “Love Trumps all hate” What it means is that love wins over all the hate in the world no matter what happens. What Democrats thinks it means “Love everyone else but those that vote for Trump” Or the more popular one “Love everyone but whites, Christians, and those that don’t vote for Hilary Clinton.”
Well, my message to everyone that is upset about Trump as the new president. How about see what he does first before we all jump to conclusions? You all fine when he was on The Apprentice and yelling “You’re FIRED!” I still wish you all would seriously look at all those things against him. Like the rape. SERIOUSLY? As someone was molested, it didn’t take me more than ten years to say something about the man that attack me. It took me a year. A YEAR! I call bullshit. Monica Lewinsky didn’t take that long to say anything. Just saying, though.
Now I will quote this from Cristina Scabbia of Lacuna Coil. What she said is awesome.
“HOW it is possible to make something as important as elections a show, involving people from the music/acting business that are probably payed to sponsor one or the other and treat the vote as a product like Coca Cola?
The vote should be SECRET, based on your own knowledge of the facts and surely not influenced by celebrities.”
I’m just not going to say anymore on that part of the subject. Miss Scabbia said it beautifully.
As celebrities goes, that have been pretty awesome about how they voiced things. There is Kristin Bauer (True Blood and Once Upon A Time) who posted a video about why she was voting for Hilary Clinton. No forceful comments like the most of them. I respect her for that. I also thank her for that too. Thank you, Kristin.
Then there are those that say nothing about the election. Like one of my favorite actresses, Juliet Landau. Of course, she said very very little. Though I haven’t really seen anything at all. This makes me respect her so much more and not because she follows me on Twitter on all my accounts (LOL). Juliet if you are reading this (As I’m most likely going to tag you in it) thanks for a being a true star. There are a few stars that didn’t say much and those I should mention, but at this time I can’t remember who all just kept who they are voting for to themselves. To those people, I thank you too. To those forcefully that kept saying to vote for Hilary, This is your fault. He won because people got tired of your shit. He won because people got tired of hearing about Hilary Clinton. She would have won if you kept your mouth shut or done things in a way that wasn’t so forcefully. Or the just because of the reason “Anyone but Trump” reason is just stupid.
Now can we all forget about what was said about Trump and give the man a chance? Let’s see what he does before we throw a fit. Just a thought he might do better than you think.
